Certificate in Intercultural Leadership
Bethany Center for Global Studies offers a one year 15-Credit Certificate in Intercultural Leadership. This program is designed to provide foundational understanding in the areas of Cross-Cultural Studies, World Missions and Missions Leadership. It is designed to provide core competencies for those working or interested in working overseas and for those who want to further their knowledge of what God is doing globally.
Whether you’re on the mission field, planning to go, or are exploring ways to get involved in missions, our intercultural leadership certificate program will help prepare you to meet the demands and opportunities of another culture with understanding and confidence.
Serving cross-culturally, either short or long-term, carries with it varied opportunities and unique challenges. We’ll help you develop the skills needed to explore and bond with a new culture, build relationships, communicate effectively, overcome common barriers, resolve conflicts, and engage a culture with the transforming truth and power of the gospel.
