  • Provide a Biblical and Spiritual Foundation for Leadership, and introduce them to leaders who are currently engaged in developing this lifelong skill.
  • Provide theoretical and practical skills in preparing students to engage and lead different cultures in fundamentally different ways than traditional western leadership theory prescribes.
  • Create awareness of current intercultural trends, perspectives and issues in global leadership.
  • Give students the practical tools to engage and explore diverse cultures.
